BUFFET STYLE CATERING

BRONZE

Bronze level catering packages-all Bronze level come with choice of one entrée, chef’s choice of starch, green beans, Homestyle yeast rolls with butter and assorted cookies.

Smoked Cajun Sausage-sliced and prepared with sliced onions and bell peppers

Bourbon Street Chicken: Tender strips of chicken, marinated in our special sauce, grilled and served with white rice

Chopped Steak: Our chop steak is fresh ground daily. Seasoned to perfection, cooked over an open flame and topped a beef demi-glaze and onions

BBQ Grilled Chicken Leg Quarter- We season it in a light BBQ dry rub, baste it in Hickory BBQ sauce and Flame grill it.

Southern Breaded Whitefish: Our whitefish is golden fried and served with hush puppies, tartar sauce and lemon wedges

Pasta in a butter herb sauce served al dente

SILVER
 

Silver Level Catering Packages-all silver level come with Garden Salad, Choice of two entrees, green beans, choice of one  starch (mashed potatoes and white gravy, brown beef gravy or poultry gravy,  white rice, or cut corn) Home-style yeast rolls with butter and  choice of one dessert (apple cobbler , peach cobbler, apple pie or blueberry pie)

 
Beef Tips: Hand-cut fresh-never frozen-sirloin. Slow roasted for 12 hours and covered in a rich Mushroom gravy

 
Honey Glazed Ham: Oven baked with a beautiful glaze of honey and cranberry glaze

 
Meatloaf: Homemade with fresh ground beef, pork, fresh minced vegetables and glazed with our sweet meatloaf sauce

 
Awesome Pot roast: Slow cooked for 12 hours, served with fresh cut red potatoes, baby carrots, sliced celery, and onions and smothered in beef gravy.

 
Slow Roasted Turkey Breast: Our butcher seasons the turkey with our own poultry seasoning We Then cook the entire bird all day. We slice it and cover it in turkey gravy made from its own juices.

 
Grilled Chicken Breast: We take fresh chicken breast, season it with our Rotisserie Seasoning and grill it over a flame grill

 
Aunt B’s Fried chicken: The chicken is brought in fresh daily. Hand breaded in our secret seasoning blend, deep fried and served to you moist and juicy.

 
Spaghetti: This is a great vegetarian dish. We use a mild marinara sauce with hints of basil.

All Gold Level Packages come with choice of come with choice of salad (garden, Caesar or wedge), choice of 2 entrees, our Antigua Vegetable blend, choice of one starch (mashed potatoes and white gravy, brown beef gravy or poultry gravy, white rice, rice pilaf, cut corn, corn on the cob, roasted red potatoes, baby Yukon gold potatoes) choice of two desserts (carrot cake, red velvet cake, chocolate cake, strawberry cheesecake, apple cobbler , peach cobbler, apple pie or blueberry pie) and home-style yeast rolls with butter.

Beef Burgundy: Choice tips of beef, slow roasted in our own blend of herbs and spices, Mushrooms slices and our breathtaking sauce.

Rosemary pork loin: Rubbed with fresh rosemary and lightly seasoned with fresh ground pepper and sea salt. Sliced and covered in a mild poultry gravy

Chicken Marsala-Oven Roasted Chicken Breast covered in a mushroom Marsala sauce

Rotisserie Chicken: Accept no substitutes. Rotisserie chicken is slow roasted in a special Rotisserie oven. Moist and juicy.

Roasted Loin of Pork: basted with a Ginger Orange sauce

Greek Fish: White Fish topped with a Greek Seasoning, Chardonnay wine, capers and black olives

Vegetarian Lasagna: An Italian delight. This is our vegetarian special with stuffed spinach.

PLATINUM


All Platinum Level Packages come with choice of salad (garden, Caesar or wedge), choice of 2 entrees, our Antigua Vegetable blend, choice of two starch (mashed potatoes and white gravy, brown beef gravy or poultry gravy, white rice, rice pilaf, cut corn, corn on the cob, roasted red potatoes, baby Yukon gold potatoes) choice of two desserts carrot cake, red velvet cake, chocolate cake, strawberry cheesecake, apple cobbler , peach cobbler, apple pie or blueberry pie) and home-style yeast rolls with butter.

Rosemary Prime Rib: Marinated in rosemary, butter and extra virgin olive oil for 2 days. Seasoned and slow roasted for 8 hours. This is meat lover’s delight. Ten ounce cut of aged Ribeye Slow roasted to perfection. Accompanied with horseradish sauce and the chefs own au jus.

Chicken Picatta: Chicken Breast Cutlets dredged in flour and pan fried with Lemon Wine Caper Sauce served on a bed of 100% durum wheat linguini

Jumbo Shrimp Scampi: Served on a bed of Linguini with shallots, garlic, fresh thyme, parmesan in a light butter wine sauce

North Atlantic Salmon: in Teriyaki Glaze: Steamed North Atlantic salmon filet coated with a Teriyaki Glaze

Vegetarian Delight: Parmesan Stuffed portabella Mushrooms on a Bed of Linguini

Bronze Package includes Foam Plates. Silver and Gold Packages includes high end disposables. Platinum Packages include china and real silverware and glasses.

DELIVERY ONLY: A minimum $35 delivery charge is applied to all “Delivery Only”

DELIVERY AND SET-UP: There is no delivery charge but, an 18% service fee is applicable when servers are required to set up the event.

***Setup includes Chaffing Dishes, Buffet Linens, Sterno, Regular Coffee, Decaf Coffee, Fresh Brewed Iced Tea, Water, High End Disposables and a Professional Staff to Cater the Event. This does not include Dining Table Linens or China. They are an additional fee and must be requested 30 days in advance.
